Students may move into international student accommodations in April and October; the application periods for these periods fall in January and July, respectively. Vacancy information is posted to the electronic bulletin board.
The permitted period of occupancy is six months or less. The number of students applying for these accommodations is such that not everyone can be accepted. All accommodations in and around NIT International House are non-smoking.

Dormitories in Nagoya are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, dining, table, clothing wardrobe, kitchen, bath with shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, and shoebox.
